HENRY  IRVING  (1838 – 1905)  was a famous British stage actor / actor-manager (Lyceum Theatre in London) in the Victorian era.

He is widely acknowledged to be one of the inspirations for Bram Stoker’s  Dracula (1897).

In this play, adapted from Goethe’s Faust, he appeared as Mephistopheles. It is for the 501st performance at the Lyceum Theatre, July 1894.

Acting manager for this production was Dracula author Bram Stoker.

This 6,5″ x  8,5″ 4 page single fold theatre program(me) is in GOOD condition (light stain in centre & a crease across and down the middle, with small splits at the end of each.
