Lupita Tovar was a Mexican-born actress, who appeared as Eva (the Spanish-language counterpart of Helen Chandler’s Mina) in Universal’s Spanish version of DRACULA (1931), with Carlos Villarias in the Dracula/Lugosi-role. She gave up films in the late 1940’s.
